: (1) The Government of Nepal shall establish a rehabilitation fund to operate the rehabilitation center established as per sub-section (1) of section 13 and to provide compensation to the victim from the offender in accordance with sub-section (1a) of section 17 of the Act.
(1a) The provincial government that wants to manage and operate the rehabilitation centers established and transferred in accordance with sub-sections (1a) and (1b) of section 13 shall establish a rehabilitation fund in accordance with the provincial law in accordance with the provincial law and the local level in accordance with the local law in accordance with the local law. can do.
(2) The funds as per sub-section (1) shall have the following amounts:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) money received from any domestic or foreign association, organization or person,
(c) Half of the amount to be received for the fine as per section 15.
(3) The management and operation of the rehabilitation fund shall be as prescribed.
